French Whip. These whips or
whisks are constructed of
thicker wires for the use of
mixing mashed potatoes or
heavier products. Made of
stainless steel, the wires
are securely welded and the
handle is sealed to eliminate
any dirt-catching seams. For
extra years of use, a center
wire on all sizes of whips is
installed as well.
